Use your favourite small potatoes of same color or a mix of different colors. Rinse your potatoes well before cooking and drain excess water. What you need:
1Ib organic baby potatoes (cut in half-bite size)
2 tablespoons organic olive oil
1 teaspoon HoH organic Herbal pepper
1 tablespoon HoH organic Rosemary
Oven proof glass dish or rimmed parchment paper lined baking sheet
What to do:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Pour olive oil into your chosen baking vessel and add cut potatoes. Coat with olive oil by tossing with bamboo spatula. Add Himalayan salt to taste, add HoH Herbal pepper and HoH Rosemary. Toss with spatula to coat and distribute. Bake in the oven for 45 min. Toss with spatula half way through the cooking process if desired. Check for doneness-potatoes should be fork tender. Transfer to a side dish and serve.
