Delicious Turmeric Milk

Are you struggling to add some Turmeric benefits to your daily routine? This easy and delicious recipe can help with that.   This yummy Golden Milk recipe yields 4 servings. Use 2 cups of your favorite nut or dairy milk, 1 teaspoon of HoH turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of HoH Ground Cinnamon, a pinch of HoH Ground Pepper, 1/4 of teaspoon of HoH Ground Ginger, optional pinch of HoH Hot Paprika, and 1 teaspoon of raw honey or HoH Birch Sugar to taste. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Enjoy.

My friend used to say, that we are all chronically dehydrated. As much as it is true, that we should only eat when we are hungry, hydration just doesn't work the same way. Feeling thirsty means, that you are already dehydrated. The trick is to learn to drink water and keep up with your intake throughout the day.
