This yummy Golden Milk recipe yields 4 servings. Use 2 cups of your favorite nut or dairy milk, 1 teaspoon of HoH turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of HoH Ground Cinnamon, a pinch of HoH Ground Pepper, 1/4 of teaspoon of HoH Ground Ginger, optional pinch of HoH Hot Paprika, and 1 teaspoon of raw honey or HoH Birch Sugar to taste.
