Greek salad the HoH way

A simple treat or a perfect companion to your main event. It's our all season favourite. This recipe makes enough for 6-8 guests, you can half it for a smaller crowd. Add some cooked quinoa if you like, and it becomes a meal in itself.

What you need:

1 small red onion sliced thinly

1 english cucumber sliced into 1cm cubes

1 sweet pepper (red, yellow or orange) sliced into small pieces

200g of grape tomatoes sliced in 2 or 3 pieces

2-3 slices of goat feta cheese

For HoH amazing dressing:

1 teaspoon of HoH organic Lovage

1 teaspoon of HoH organic Dill

1 teaspoon of HoH organic Oregano

1/2 teaspoon of HoH organic Garlic ground

1 lemon

1 tablespoon of olive oil HoH organic Hemp oil

1 tablespoon of HoH organic Chia oil

HoH White Himalayan salt with organic chilli to taste

HoH organic Black pepper ground to taste

What to do:

1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl

2. add Lovage, mix in

3. Combine juice from lemon with oils, garlic, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

4. Pour over salad and mix well.

Salad is ready, we recommend making it fresh to retain the crispiness of cucumbers.
