Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free ground shipping on orders of $40 (after discounts and subtotal). There is a flat shipping fee of $5 for orders under $40. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours (excludes weekends and holidays) via USPS 2-Day Priority or First Class Parcel (depending on weight) unless you specify an expedited service.

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. USPS delivery services are Monday through Friday.

*Applies to orders in the Continental 48 United States and Military APOs. International Orders excluded.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
Cost is calculated during checkout based on weight and destination.

Canadian Shipments

A Flat Rate of $11 is available for UPSP (First-Class Mail® International) shipping for shipments weighing less than 4lbs, including packaging. Local duties and taxes will be due upon delivery, according to Canadian policy. Delivery time for this shipping method varies and typically takes longer Priority Mail International shipments.



International shipping is provided through the USPS (Priority Mail International). Flat rates are determined by order subtotals and shipping regions, as listed in the table below. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks but often takes less than 10 days. Local duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, determined by each receiving country.

You may return items for a store credit or refund, minus restocking fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note: we do not offer any refunds, replacements, or credit on items purchased at retail outlets, through Amazon, or through Amazon 3rd party sellers.

  1. Call us at _____________ or email us at info@handsonherbs.comrequesting a return authorization. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: 1) full merchandise credit to, shipping fees excluded, 2) refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees excluded, or 3) product exchange. You will receive a response from us within two business days.
  2. Please ship returns to the following address, using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) store credit, 2) refund minus 20% restocking fee, or 3) ship the product exchange. Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.

Canceling or Changing Orders

We are not able to cancel or change orders after they are placed through this website.

We make every effort to ship orders immediately upon receipt, which leaves no window for editing or canceling an order.
