Marjoram is added mainly to season sausages, fatty meats, pork roast, sheep or lamb. It also imparts a great flavor to vegetable soups, tomato dishes, fish, pies and omelets.

How we like it:
Marjoram Tea: Drinking a cup of marjoram tea each day is a great tonic for the digestive system. It is also full of antioxidant compounds that can help stave off illness.
Add 1 teaspoon of marjoram to a cup of water. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for a further 10 or so minutes. Strain and enjoy.
